Meet the Executive Director
LuCretia Jones is the Founder and Executive Director of HavenRise Collective, bringing a powerful blend of professional expertise and lived experience to our mission. With a background in the Indiana Department of Child Services, LuCretia has spent years navigating the complex systems of housing, safety, and family well-being. She founded the Collective to turn those insights into a community-based mission that prioritizes the “whole person” over temporary fixes.
A Foundation of Expertise
With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, LuCretia leads with a trauma-responsive, person-centered style. She believes that sustainable change only happens when individuals are supported holistically—emotionally, practically, and structurally. Her time in child welfare solidified her commitment to preventative care, focusing on addressing the root causes of instability to ensure families don’t just survive, but thrive.
